Hello everyone, how has your new year been? Have you made goals that you can achieve this year? Are they writing goals? Let us know below in the comments! As writers, no matter our preferred genre, a shared goal is publication correct? And while there are more options for self publishing and indie publishing rising everyday, most still prefer traditional publishing. And if you happen to write in short forms such as essays, poetry or short stories, traditional publication is the safest way to go. That being said, it takes a lot of time and patience to research journals and small presses. So, we did that for you! Take a look at the presses (separated by genre) and who knows, that goal of publication may be closer than you realized!

And as a bonus, these selections have no reading fee! Besides, most of these publications have rolling submissions so if you cannot submit by the deadline we list here, there is still a chance.
